Whey Protein is the liquid remaining when milk is processed to form cheese. Whey protein concentrate contains about 80% protein by weight and gives Ration its creamy, milkshake-like consistency.
WHEN TO TAKE
Take RATION for added dietary protein, a bridge between meals or a protein-rich snack.
Usage
Mix (1) scoop of RATION with 4-6 ounces of your favorite beverage, shake well, and consume.
